Capsulite rétractile mise au point

Résumé:

Matthieu Loubiere Dans la capsulite, tout est complexe : sa dénomination, son épidémiologie, sa physiopathologie, son diagnostic, son traitement, son pronostic… Elle constitue en général un défi pour le rééducateur tant sur le plan de l’examen clinique que sur la conduite du traitement rééducatif.

Cette conférence permettra de revenir dans un premier temps sur la physiopathologie, les signes cliniques et les recommandations dans le traitement de la capsulite.

Nous évoquerons ensuite en pratique différentes approches pour traiter les raideurs en nous basant sur la littérature et les possibilités proposées par différents courants de la thérapie manuelle orthopédique.
